Since Graduating from Massage Therapy School at HGTC and getting my license, I put my newfound skills to work at two major chain massage spas. If you are looking to relax, I also give an AMAZINGLY  refreshing Swedish Massage to help your body and mind unwind. Research has shown that Swedish massage can lower blood pressure, improve mood disorders, help with pain reduction, and reduce symptoms of general anxiety disorder (GAD). Swedish massage can also improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and enhance the flexibility of muscles and joints
